Is this legal? Will my calls end up online?
Yes, it's legal: you own the business and you're authorizing us to test and record your own company's sales calls. Your full recordings and report are private and only ever go to you. If you opt in, we may share short anonymized clips (company name, employee names, and contact details are always removed) so other business owners can learn from them. You can opt out at any time.
What if my business needs a site visit to quote?
Most do. We test everything up to the visit (speed, call handling, whether they book the appointment, and how they follow up) and we score how the quote is presented after. We coordinate with you so you don't send your team to a fake address.
