The 2x Profit Room is a free, in-person workshop for service‑based founders doing $500k–$3M a year who feel like, “For the amount of stress I’m under, there should be more money left at the end of the month."
It's part Profit Lab, part Founder Huddle:
- We do a live breakdown of one company’s numbers. (We only allow one person per industry so your competitors will not be there)
- We walk through one proven profit framework.
- We troubleshoot real challenges from founders in the room.

I’m Keenan, co-founder of 2X Profit. I’ve been operating and fixing service businesses for 14+ years. Now I help owners turn "busy" businesses into profitable ones.
Before 2X Profit, I built a service company called Balloon Artisan. I took that company from $0 per month to over $500,000 in monthly revenue (over $100,000 in monthly profit) in just 3.5 years.
Balloon Artisan is on track to do between $5M and $6M in revenue ($1.2M+ in profit) in 2026 and it only requires 3 to 5 hours per week of my time.
I did it by continually evaluating and fixing the breaking points (bottlenecks) in the business as we grew. There's always exactly 1 weakest link holding your business back at any given time (ops, sales, role duplication, tech, pricing, etc).
I'm going to help you find and fix those breaking points in your business.

What Happens Each Week in 60 Minutes?
In the Workshop, we will do 4 things:
1. Rapid‑fire intros (5 minutes)
- Everyone drops who they are, revenue band, and biggest problem in their business.
2. Profit framework deep dive (10–15 minutes)
- We teach one framework we use in our paid 2X Profit Sprints (pricing, offers, capacity, lead cost, sales process, etc.).
3. Live mini‑audit (15 minutes)
- We break down one founder’s numbers: revenue, costs, margins, and the 1–2 moves that would move profit fastest.
4. Hot seats & Q&A (25-30 minutes)
- We work through live challenges so you’re not trying to solve everything alone.
Optional. Execution Session (60 minutes)
- After the 2X Profit Room ends, we set aside 60 minutes to help the business owners who want to implement the takeaway items in their business on the spot.

How to Get a Seat - 3 Steps
Our In-Person 2X Profit Room takes place in Draper, UT every Tuesday at Noon (lunch is included).
1. Apply for the 2X Profit Room
- Tell us who you are, what you do, and your rough revenue band so we can keep the room focused. We only allow service-based businesses doing between $500k - $3m per year to attend.
2. Get your invite
- If you’re a fit, we will email you the address of the next 2X Profit Room (takes place every Tuesday at Noon).
3. Join the Room
- Show up, take notes, ask questions and most importantly, get items off of your to-do list. The 2X Profit Room is all about finding the most important priority in your business and taking action on it.
